THE MSVCR

The MSVCR is a leading body in the Historic vehicle movement in Singapore and Malaysia representing Historic car and bike owners and members. It is a foundation member of FIVA (the international Historic vehicle body) representing both Singapore and Malaysia. The club covers all of Peninsula Malaysia and so is divided into four regions:  North (Penang), Central (KL), Southern (Johor) and Singapore.

MSVCR releases a media statement on the NEA motorcycles initiative.

The Malaysia & Singapore Vintage Car Register (MSVCR) is extremely concerned with the NEA’s initiative on motorcycles registered prior to 1 Jul 2003.

In the official letter to the NEA sent this week, the MSVCR has highlighted key concerns with the new initiatives and urged them to engage us in a dialogue session to work towards a reasonable outcome, one that also takes into consideration the interests of the die-hard motorcycle enthusiasts who are passionate on hanging on to their machines, post 30 Jun 2028
