A quick update from last Saturday's [9th May 2009] Lim Peng Han event in Singapore:

David Chan and his team of trusty marshalls put the drivers to the test for the whole of Saturday morning. Each entrant faced a series of controls each with their own challenge and a set of clues to the location of the next control. Participants were treated to an island wide event with the controls dotted around various parts of Singapore.  Those looking to test their mettle and those looking for a fun drive were not dissapointed and the skills of the drivers were put to the test for speed, agility, stamina & precision.

Prizes were awarded at the Polo club meeting on Tuesday night [12th May 2009] for the winners of each section:

Fastest in the speed lap [Paul Hopkins, MGB Roadster],
Fastest lady driver [Alice Thomson, Morris Minor 1000],
Parking [George Palathinkal, Mercedes Benz 280S],
Darts challenge [George Palathinkal, Mercedes Benz 280S],
Athletic challenge [Kate Garvey, Morris Minor 1000].
